All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and official holidays. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number to monitor delivery progress. We are unable to modify order information or cancel orders once processing has begun.

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your destination address and local logistics efficiency. Temporary minor delays may occur during holiday shopping peaks or regional logistics adjustments, and we appreciate your patience.

We offer complimentary free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum spend required. No additional delivery surcharges will be charged to your order.
